If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your sweater for a full refund of the sweater purchase price within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

You may also exchange your sweater for another size, color or style within 14 days of receiving it. On the first exchange, there is no additional shipping charge for shipments within the United States.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchasing credit card.

Any sweaters returned must be folded neatly in the original plastic bag and in pristine condition. Sweaters will not be accepted for return if the tags have been removed.
