If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your sweater for a full refund of the sweater purchase price within 30 days of receiving it. For free return shipping, please email us at info@isleofskyecashmere.com and we will email you a Fedex return shipping label. Standard shipping at Isle of Skye Cashmere is free, but premium shipping charges for Fedex 2Day and Overnight shipping are nonrefundable. Also, charges for gift wrapping are not refundable.

You may also exchange your sweater for another size, color or style within 30 days of receiving it. On your exchange, there is no additional shipping charge for standard shipping within the United States.

Refunds will only be made to the original purchasing credit card.

Any sweaters returned must be folded neatly in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Sweaters will not be accepted for return if the tags have been removed.
