Fedex Overnight Shipping & Handling: Expect delivery on next business day. Cost is $25.00 per order.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via Fedex Express Shipping at a cost of $20.00 per order. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
International shipments: We deliver to Canada and Australia using Global Express Mail. Cost is $30.00 per order to Canada and $35.00 per order to Australia. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days. Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your sweater for a full refund of the sweater purchase price within 30 days of receiving it. Standard shipping at Isle of Skye Cashmere is free, but premium shipping charges for Fedex 2Day and Overnight shipping are nonrefundable. Also, charges for gift wrapping are not refundable. Occasionally we will have an item on sale. We do accept returns and exchanges for sale items, but please note, if it is a FINAL SALE item it cannot be returned or exchanged.
You may also exchange your sweater for another size, color or style within 30 days of receiving it. On your first exchange, there is no additional shipping charge for standard shipping within the United States.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchasing credit card.
Any sweaters returned must be folded neatly in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Sweaters will not be accepted for return if the tags have been removed.
Please package the sweater you plan to return securely in a rigid box. You may use the box the sweater came in.
